Uber bookings rise 20% as quarterly trips reach 4.1 billion
November 4, 2026. On November 4, Uber reported third-quarter 2026 gross bookings of $59.8 billion, up 20% year over year. Trips rose 16% to 4.1 billion, while revenue increased 10% to $14.8 billion.
Why it matters
GAAP operating income rose 30% to $1.4 billion. The company expects around 700 fully driverless vehicles on its platform by year-end; that is a forecast rather than an achieved count.
Rockstar Briefing analysis
More trips and bookings indicate greater scale, while autonomous deployment still needs to prove its economics and execution. Gross bookings are not the same as Uber’s own revenue.
